Submit Your Work

Entry Guidelines

To keep judging fair and the submission process smooth, every entry must comply with the following guidelines.

Eligibility

Entries must showcase work implemented for the first time between January 2025 and December 2025.

Submission Format

  • Heading Font: Calibri Light (Size 36)
  • Body Font: Calibri (Size 18)
  • Prepare documents in the prescribed format.

Supporting Creatives

  • Upload through a Google Drive link.
  • Google Drive must have Public Access.
  • Accepted Formats: Video / PPT / Images.

Creative Requirements

  • Maximum 120-second video.
  • OR 8–10 slide presentation.
  • Maximum file size: 2 MB.

Mandatory Uploads

  • Creative Material (Video / PPT / Images).
  • Authorization Certificate from the Client.
  • Public Google Drive Link.
  • Submit the Drive link under the Reference Material URL field.

Audio-Visuals

Audio-visuals are strongly recommended. Please ensure all submitted videos include clear audio for effective jury evaluation.

The Google Drive link must be publicly accessible and submitted under the “Reference Material URL” field.
Registration

Entry Fees & Payment

Please review the payment information carefully before submitting your entries.

Payment Information

  • Entry Fee: ₹13,500 + 18% GST per entry (Non-refundable)
  • Payment Mode: Online payment only.
  • Important: Entries cannot be edited after successful payment.
  • Realisation: Entries will be considered valid only after payment is successfully realised.
