Entry guidelines

To keep judging fair and the process smooth, every entry must follow these rules.

Eligibility
  • Work implemented for the first time between January 2025 and December 2025.
Submission format
  • Heading Font: Calibri Light, Size 36
  • Body Font: Calibri, Size 18
  • Supporting Creatives: Upload via Google Drive link (public access)
  • Allowed Formats: Video / PPT / Images
  • Creative Length: Max 120 seconds video OR 8–10 slides presentation
  • Total File Size: should not exceed 2 minutes / 2 MB
  • Audio‑Visuals: strongly recommended; please include audio in videos
Mandatory uploads (same Google Drive link)
  • The creative material (Video / PPT / Images)
  • Authorization Certificate from the Client
The Google Drive link must be publicly accessible and submitted under the “Reference Material URL” field.

Entry fees & payment

  • Entry Fee: ₹13,500 + 18% GST per entry (non‑refundable)
  • Payment Mode: Online only
  • Important: Entries cannot be edited once payment is made
  • Realisation: Entries accepted only after payment is realised
